Why 75 Hard?

Reclaiming myself...mind, body, and spirit.

When your body feels like public property and your sleep is fragmented into two-hour increments, this challenge isn't about physical perfection. It is about proving to myself that even here, when no one in my home understands where I'm at - I have my own back. Because I have proven over and over that my family and my children can count on me to put them first, but I need to be able to count on me to. To believe myself when I say I'm going to do something - for myself.

Expect spilled breastmilk, freakishly early-morning outdoor workouts under the glow of a baby monitor, and completely honest storytelling from the trenches. We are trading toxic fitness culture for real maternal stamina.

The raw daily logs

Follow every sleep-deprived win, messy driveway workout, and unfiltered daily entry written straight from the kitchen floor during the quiet hours of the four AM feeding.
